How do I make an order?
- Simply put the things you want in your cart and go to the checkout. Once your order is placed, you'll get an email to let you know it's been received.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
- If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within an hour of placing it by calling us at +1 409 797 6833 or emailing support@vedilla.com. After this time, you will have to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
What kinds of payments do you take?
- We are using Shopify Payments to process payments,which means we accept payments that works with most major credit and debit cards,including Visa,Mastercards,American Express and many more. You can check our Billing Policy Here.
Is it safe to buy things on Vedilla?
- Yes. Shopify Payments makes sure that all transactions are PCI-compliant and safe, so your information is safe.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship for free?
- Yes, we ship all orders within the United States for free.
How long does it take for the package to arrive?
- It usually takes 1–2 business days to process an order and 3–7 business days to get it after it has been shipped.
Do you send things to other countries?
- Right now, we only ship to the US.
How can I keep an eye on my order?
- You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also look at the status at any time on the Order Tracking page of our website.
When is the last time you can place an order?
- Orders made after 4 PM (GMT-7) will be processed the next business day.
Returns and Refunds
What is your policy on returns?
- You can return items within 30 days of getting them. Items must be in their original packaging and not used. For more information, please see our full Return and Refund Policy.
Are there things I can't send back?
- Yes. We don't take back things that have been opened or used.
Do I have to pay for shipping back?
- If you change your mind and want to return it, you have to pay for shipping. Vedilla will pay for the return shipping if the item is broken or not working.
How long does it take to get your money back?
- After being checked and approved, refunds are processed within 20 days. Money will be sent back to the same payment method, but the time it takes for banks to process the transaction may vary.
Do you take exchanges?
- We don't let you exchange items. Please place a new order and return the original if you want a different item.
