Accepted Form of Payment

We now accept payments through Shopify Payments, which works with most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others that Shopify supports.

Billing Timing

At the time of order confirmation, customers are charged the full amount. Your payment method will be approved and processed right away after you check out.

Prices and Currency

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). There are no hidden fees, and all taxes that apply will be clearly shown at checkout before you finish your purchase.

Processing Payments

Shopify Payments safely handles payments in the US. Most transactions go through right away, but in some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Failed Payments

If your payment doesn't go through or is refused, the order won't be finished. You can try the transaction again with a valid payment method. If payment isn't received, orders will be cancelled automatically.

Safety and Compliance

Shopify Payments encrypts all transactions and processes them through systems that meet PCI standards. We don't keep your payment information on our servers, so your information stays safe.

Returns and Chargebacks

Our Return & Refund Policy has all the information you need about refunds. You can dispute a charge with your bank if you think it was made by mistake. Shopify Payments will deal with chargeback cases in the usual way, which may involve asking both sides for proof.
