Window for Cancellation
Customers can change their minds about an order up to an hour after they place it. The order will start being processed after this time, and you won't be able to cancel it.

After the Window
We won't be able to cancel your order if you send your request after the hour window. You can follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy after the order has been delivered instead.
Response Time
During business hours, we try to respond to cancellation requests within two hours. Requests that are sent in after business hours will be looked at at the beginning of the next business day.
